Last night my ex colleagues, now purely my friends brought me to a beautiful place for dinner to celebrate my farewell cum upcoming birthday.It's just a small entrance from the road but once we entered, I was mesmerized. We entered to a pathway litted with candles by the side and the sound of running water evident throughout the entire short walk down the aisle, the trees over us. At the end of the passageway, there is a pond with turtles and fishes. The restaurant is a hut made of wood with transparent red curtains hanging here and there. The place was very romantic and dim. Truly mesmerizing! Guess I'll let the pics speak for themselves.
Trust me, the passageway is truly mesmerizing. Steps leading toward the restaurant which is really like a big kampung house made of wood. It really is romantic if you had the whole place to yourself which of course, we didn't. Never in my wildest imagination, I had thought we would be going to such a beautiful place.
The restaurant serves Thai/ Vietnamese/Laos/ Cambodian fusion food. Let me show you pics of the food. Behold the delicious green curry, lamb, squids and stir fried eggplant with some
